Online stores should stop using Dpd laser especially international ones , we are suffering as customers

Yoh this logistics company. I had ordered shoes online from Mango July 2024 and subsequently delivered August 2024 . Same month , I logged a call for a return.

Mango confirmed the request through an email and stated that the courier company will contact me to collect. Indeed the courier guy came and collected the shoes. Dpd laser never sent me any confirmation of the collection.

Even till this day the shoes never reached Mango. My refund as a result was never processed and the money I have spent was lost.

I logged a query with Mango and they asked for confirmation of delivery from logistics company which I never received. Tried to send emails , make calls to dpd laser and no response.

This companies working with dpd laser must be aware how horrible their services are up until today I have not heard from them
