Not received my parcel though it has been out for delivery 5 days ago

I am so frustrated, I ordered stuff from Yellow Sub and they used this company to deliver my order. I have been waiting the whole week no order has arrived at my door. What’s even is that I just called them. I waited for more than 20 min as I was caller number 34, which raised a red flag 🚩 that people are complaining. When it was finally my turn they dropped my call.
