Non delivery

I ordered stationery from Makro on the 20th December and my items were handed to Dpd laser for delivery on the 4th January . I had to source my items elsewhere as they were never delivered to date. Talk about planning ahead only to be sabotaged by Dpd for their lack of consideration. They don't even inform you if they are unable to fulfill their delivery.
