Non delivery

Since I wrote last week about this company, even up to today we have not received our parcel, not even any communication from them. We've called a loof times and spoke to livhuwani who escalated the matter to the West Rand manager but nothing was done by the manager. It's clear that even the managers don't care about the clients. Everyday they update the system but the parcel is seating in the warehouse.
