Non delivery

This company took possession of my parcel on the 28th of July and has still not delivered it. The date today is the 8th of August. I have made numerous phone calls to their call center and sent messages on their live chat daily but the different excuses for non delivery just pile up. I whish to point out that this company has my contact details but have not once tried to reach out to me. Their email address does not work and the contact form that is supposed to be on their website is nonexistent. I am highly disappointed and frustrated
