No service

Absolutely dismal service, you can never get to speak to anyone that knows whats happening with the parcel. When tracking the parcel, it stated that the parcel was received by us, when in fact we didnt receive it. We called and logged this in NEVER received a call from anyone. We have to call them everyday to find out whats going on, as on the tracking system it show 3 times it was received at the depot.

When asked to speak to a manager, apparently non are available. Pathetic
