No service courier company.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 4 July. First they had the incorrect address, although l gave them a correct one on my purchase. When l contacted them by email, a consultant finally phoned me and l explained that l needed the gift for traveling overseas. I have waited all day at home today, Friday, to no avail. They are *********** and useless! This is unacceptable when a fee has been paid! I finally had another call at 17.20 but as of 18.00 still no delivery.
