No service

I ordered from ONEDAYONLY and they handed my parcel over on the 27/11/2025. My order was split between Fastway and DPD Lazer. Fastway delivered 3 days ago but yet I have still not received my parcel from PDP. They do not even answer my calls when I tried calling them. I lodged a complaint with ONEDAYONLY and they cannot get hold of DPD. Very unprofessional service.
