No security check done (Parcel gone)

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Please explain what the point of a security pin is if it doesn’t get used. My parcel was delivered to a business address (after business hours) there was no way the delivery person could have entered the building it was locked. But my parcel was collected by someone called Thapelo who 1) I don’t know and 2) didn’t have a pin or permission to collect my parcel. So now my parcel is gone! Please explain how this happens. Shocking shocking service! I have clicked not recieved on the sms and I have emailed. No response. Only to find the link for the email address changed from info@dpdlaser to dawnwing when you submit the email.
