No parcel received to date

My experience with this company has been horror, I cannot get through to them, they do not respond to my e-mails. I ordered perfumes on the 15th of December 2022 from Fragrancex and they use DPD laser as their South African courier, I sent a mail to DPD laser for an update, they sent a mail back saying they received my parcel (that was 2 weeks back) they sent me a sms for some import charge I paid now they went super quite on me, I've lost patience even gave up on my products. I've never experienced this kind of incompetence, can someone please get back to me regarding my parcel. The last person that responded to me was Simangele Mabhena she just went mute on me.
