No parcel just sms’s daily saying its coming

Now this is absolutely pathetic service! I’ve been waiting for my parcel since Tuesday and every afternoon get a message that they could not deliver, this is absolutely BULL****! This was a birthday present that I ordered in advance to get it on time, at least. I phone thrice in one day holding on for ages & using A LOT OF AIRTIME - just to hear the parcel is out for delivery, just like the SMS I get every morning saying it’s on its way. No guys you’re putrid.
