No Invoice Received and Package Returned to Sender!! Terrible communication.

There was very little communication from them on the customs invoice for my package. I simply got an SMS saying my package was to be returned but i never got an invoice to pay duties. After chasing them for days i finally got the invoice but the package was already processed for return! Its absolutely illogical and outrageous customer service. They will return your package very quickly and without question. I literally couldn't do anything more to try get the package from them!
