No Feed Back TO client with regards to parcel

I have had the worst experience with DPD Laser, i have called multiple times with regards to feed back of a parcel that needed to be delivered at 12/12/2022 at 13:00 as they could not deliver Friday as the office was closed at 20:30pm at night.

my email and contact number has been taken and no one even brothers to even get back to you to give any sort off feed back what is happening or when the delivery will be delivered.

this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced and will in future not use this service ever again.
