No delivery of items

If I could I would rate this company -10 stars, my parcel was supposed to be received today and I got an sms saying they need me to update address information as they not able to deliver, mind you I used this address before and got deliveries. I called at 10 am and was told my parcel is on its way to Pretoria. At three I called again and was told the same story the person now claiming it left at 1510. Now I am being told the order will arrive Monday. The consultation just keeps quiet when you ask questions. This is the worse company ever do not use it for anything.
