No delivery

Dpd is the worst courier you can get My tracking number is AC***. I was suppose to get my package already on the 9th of December. I have not recieved it yet. I send emails. They do not respond. Yesterday i phoned them. All they have to say is sorry we are behind scedule. Very very bad service and experience. Liezl
