Wish there was a ZERO star rating

Been contacting DPD Laser since Thursday 28th March to follow up with a delivery: ZERO REPLIES VIA E-MAIL Phoning them is not even an option, as you are caller 60+ in line at 8am

Their bot system is also TOTALLY USER UNFRIENDLY

Website FINALLY updated Friday evening, with "We couldn't complete your delivery. Please expect a call from our Customer Care Team or feel free to contact us on *** or ***"

Been using that e-mail account the 28th March and no replies

WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY
