No communication. No updates. Atrocious Service.

The absolute worst couries service in South Africa. I have been phoning them from the 20th of December to make sure they will deliver the parcel before Christmas as the parcel is a Christmas gift. I phoned them again on the 22nd of December and I got informed the parcel will go out for delivery today. Nothing!!!!! I phoned them again just now only to be informed the parcel NEVER went out for delivery today and it will only be delivered on Wednesday the 27th of December. How is there no communication or organizational skills? How can one representative inform me the parcel will be delivered and the other inform me it will only go out on the 27th? I am completely disappointed and absolutely flabbergasted by their overall service.
