Never use this courier company!

Terrible courier company! Don't ever use.. they take forever to deliver your parcel and they reschedule your delivery without your permission then blame it on you. Staff is useless and they end the call in your ear.. happened 5 times to myself and my mother. It's been 7 days since they have received my parcel and still no updates on when we will receive it. They keep giving us a 3 day waiting period and for what? What on earth must we wait for if we have paid for the items? All in all terrible experience and still no parcel! And no one ever gets back to you!
