NEVER USE DPD LASER COURIERS - USELESS

If I could I would give DPD Laser couriers -1 star. I ordered from Amazon SA and the delivery was due on 22 Aug. I was working from home and expecting my parcel, no parcel was delivered. I received an sms that they tried to deliver but to no avail, when I call the call center to enquire they told me the driver tried to call me but I did not receive any call from the driver. Today, 25 Aug again same story. I got an sms that I should expect my parcel and again another sms that they tried to deliver, again no call to me and no delivery. I have never, ever had a problem with courier deliveries. If I am not home, the security accepts on our behalf. I would NEVER recommend DPD Laser couriers. I am very disappointed and frustrated because I can not even get hold of the driver either, they do not give out the driver's details to contact in such cases.
