Never use Dpd laser

This is the worst courier Service that i have ever came across my parcel was supposed to be delivered today and it has been out for delivery since morning This evening the status changes to we could not deliver the parcel with no further explanation or communication i mean like what nonsense is ?

I do not understand why companies are still using this Courier it has always been pathetic
