Never use DPD Laser!

A word of caution! Worst service from DPD Laser Dean Street, and DPD Laser in general! A parcel set for delivery from Claremont to Stellenbosch (honestly should have driven it myself, but hindsight is too late), meant to have arrived by Tues/Wed latest, just doesn’t exist! **** - disappeared!

No record of the item on their tracking system which leads me to believe that perhaps this is a case of theft from staff? One cannot reach anyone telephonically and the email correspondence on the matter is vague: “searching our Cape Town floor”.

Commissioned art pieces are not easily replaced. I’m now about to start a new painting - will DPD Laser reimburse my time and the original parcel now lost in the ether?
