Never do business with DPD laser they are *********** and theu dont care about customer service

I do not know what to do anymore to get my parcel. It has been with DPD laser for over a week. They claimed that the address is incorrect i sent them an email with correct address someone *********** clearly could not capture the correct details i was asked for my address for the third time. I called their call center to give new address everyday now they claim that the parcel could not be delivered becauae i was unreachable. I gave them an instruction to deliver the parcel with the security there was no nees for them to contact me. Again today i reveived two messages notifying me that they could not deliver the parcel I am disgusted because last year my parcel was returned back because of their incompetence!!
