Nathaniel from DPD laser delivers poor service and gives the company a bad name

The courier employee entered my estate to deliver my package, he never delivered my packaged and exited my estate again (I get notifications of this). I then called the DPD Laser call centre and spoke to Nathaniel. He committed to call me back within 15minutes to give me feedback. after an hour I had to call again as I have not received any feedback. Nathaniel told me he has no feedback for me and I must wait for my parcel to be delivered. I asked to speak to a Manager and Nathaniel gave me a bogus number to call just to get rid of me. He also put the phone down in me ear.
