My parcel has been delivered to a wrong address

My parcel has been delivered to a wrong address. I have been contacting them but they keep on telling me to wait for an update before the end of the day, and I never receive any. I called again today, the agent that was assisting me told me that my parcel was delivered to a receiver Ngezana security in Mthatha, whereas I am a receiver, Zizipho Gqwetha residing in Libode.
