Missing parcel, *****ulent signature.

Honestly, a zero is the rating that I wanted to give but there’s. I option. Today I received an sms to say that my order from Faithful to Nature was out for delivery. Next minute, I received an sms that the order was delivered. I still have not received the order. I called DPD laser’s customer care line and all I got was we are working on it. Delivery guy MPHO SEKWAILA, registration HK33GBGP alleged that he delivered the parcel while he did not. I did not get help because I called the customer line and asked that they ask Moses to come and identify the person who signed for my parcel as I had given them my work address fro delivery. Nothing! We have cameras at work and would gladly review the footage. Where is my parcel? I will also take it up with the supplier who I paid but this is some serious ***** stuff as I may advise that the person who they alleged signed for the parcel to open a case agains this driver. No help whatsoever from DPD
