Missing parcel DPD laser

The absolute worst courier service I have ever received.

I sent a parcel through YAGA 2 weeks ago already the courier didn't notify me that they are coming to collect resulting in me not being at home that day they said they will come back the next day where I then gave them the parcel. The tracking never updated several days later and I deceided to call them where they advised that the courier said it was a failed delivery but he collected Since then I have been calling everyday day having to hold for 30 min to an hour on the line just for someone to give me the same story that it has been escalated and someone will call me with feedback but no one ever calls and it just causes me to have to do the same drill every day 2 weeks later still today I have no answer and don't know where the parcel is and am sitting with an unhappy buyer.
