Missing Order

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this courier company. I have been waiting for my TEMU order, and on the app, it showed that my parcel was out for delivery. However, on the very same day, the tracking status updated to delivered. A day later the tracking updated to return of parcel to Johannesburg port.

The parcel never reached me or my residence. I contacted the courier company, but I have not been provided any tangible information about my parcel. They have raised a query which was to take 48 hrs however 4 days later still no feedback nor can I get anyone at DPD to give me an update on the matter.

The agents at the Call Centre show no urgency nor do them seem interested in assisting with the compliant. This is unacceptable, and I expect immediate clarity and resolution regarding my missing order.
