Missed Delivery & Unprofessional Courier Behavior

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery experience from DPD Laser / The Courier Guy.

I received a call from the courier regarding my parcel (Tracking ID: AS***), and I stepped outside immediately to collect it. However, by the time I got there, the courier had already left—no attempt to call again, no follow-up, and no delivery notice left behind.

There was zero communication after that, and I had no way of contacting the courier. I was available and ready to receive the parcel. A second attempt or even a simple callback could have resolved the issue easily.

This kind of service is unprofessional and frustrating. I had to take time off specifically to collect this package, and now I'm left without it or any clear guidance on next steps.

I sincerely hope Dawn Wing improves their delivery process and customer communication going forward.
