****mers , use at your own risk

I received a notification that my parcel was delivered and signed for by a person named Ayanda. No one came to my residence or delivered anything. The tome that is being mentioned I was at home. I further checked with the security guard and camera footage, there was no sign or record of any delivery vehicle. This is a parcel of over R4k and to be deceived and literally ****med like that is pure evil and *********. I have logged an enquiry with them only to be told my tracking number does not exist, yet I have records and on their website and the SMS my parcel was delivered. I am so disappointed and disgusted that this company and it's drivers can **** people like this. I have not received a resolution and no one can tell me who is this person or where did they deliver my parcel
