This company, which is used by Makro Online Shopping profusely apologises when contacted to enquire about the missing parcel and that is where it remains. I will not buy from Makro Online again. What a bad experience from day one, waiting for the delivery after I was notified that my parcel is out for delivery just after 09:00 and delivered to a totally different address 19:00 that night, up to today, two weeks later where *** were sent, phone calls were made and empty promises were received.
