Lost parcel, lying drivers

When will you ban this driver from making my deliveries? I asked you several times because this guy is rude, he lies about not finding my address when he has delivered to me multiple times with his rude attitude. I hate this because now I have to be the one calling yall. Again, pleaze ban this rude driver out of all my orders!!! And do better next time.
