********** service at dpd laser. I ordered from shein, buffalo logistics handles their logistics. Buffalo than handed over my parcel to dpd laser. Got a shock of my life when my parcel tracking showed delivered and it showed a sign in signature, which was not mine ofcourse. I than contacted buffalo and they gave me the run around for weeks and weeks. I than googled DPD LASER,found their contact details and contacted them. Their call center was very helpful. 2 days later they contacted me and admitted that their driver made a mistake and delivered my parcel to the wrong address, however he has managed to recover it and will be delivered to my door the next business day. I queried the state it would be in because i was told it was delivered to the wrong address. I was assured that it is in its original state and if it isnt, i should send the driver back with it because their company policy prohibits them to deliver if in any state than original. Driver came to deliver my parcel but i noticed that it was open and i than took it and counted the items on my parcel and noticed that it had 20 out of the 23 items i initially ordered from Shein. I than asked the driver to take it back and explained to him what their call center had told me. The driver than responded to me in a high pitched tone stating that they have been to my address and failed to reach me on my cellphone. I than asked him if that was the case, was he instructed to open my parcel? He than clicked his tongue and said my parcel is not the only one he's dealt with and it wont be the last. He than drove away. I called their call center again reporting what had transpired. They told me they will deal with the matter and buffalo will contact me. Buffalo contacted me 3 weeks after the incident. Stating that my parcel is in a shell to be returned to china if i don't pay the second delivery fee because DPD LASER told them i had opened my parcel, refused to sign and returned their driver with my open parcel. I am utterly disgusted by the lies spread just for their driver to cover his tracks. I also checked the tracking information and the forged signature they signed in order for my parcel to show delivered was deleted. I dont know who handles that tracking information but they also deleted other tracking information that shows that they came to attempt delivery with an unsealed parcel. I am writing this because i want people aware that dpd laser are not to be trusted with any consignments. I will not pay any second delivery fee knowing that i would be paying for a parcel that has missing items while they try to cover their tracks using me in the process. I will gladly deal with my supplier with that matter.
