Like cattle

Good day DPD Lazer. I am very disappointed with the service. For starters, out for delivery but delivery cannot be completed - no reason, no correspondence, nothing. Try calling the number numerous times- no answer. Try emailing numerous times - no reply besides reciept of email. Take the time to drive to the warehouse - we stand like sheep on the road. All I want is the parcel. I cannot wait here on the side of the road like I'm begging.
