If I could rate lower, I would have. After phoning and holding on for about 15 minutes before the call was answered, I was promised that the parcel would be delivered before 18h30 tonight, 26th January. *****! Still waiting at 20h30. We had plans for tomorrow and now we're not sure if the parcel is ever coming. Your service sucks. I hope the companies using you will realize what bad name you're giving them and stop using you.
