***** and ********** company

I am absolutely appauled by the service I have received from dpd laser and their 2 drivers that were sent to me.

First Mkhuthazi Njozela was supposed to deliver my parcel and **** about giving me a call. I did not recieve any missed call from him or any communication. There has not been any conversation between us so for him to say they called is a blatent lie.

Secondly Siyanda Shezi this person decided to deliver my parcel to the wrong person without my consent. This is unprofessional to the core, how do you let someone else sign for a package that is not theirs when you have not spoken to the recipient.
