Lack of communication

I ordered something at Home Choice and I did receive communication that my parcel was handed over to PDP Laser for delivery, however I did receive SMS notifying me that my parcel PF***2-1 was successfully delivered, of which I did not receive anything. I had to spend money on airtime contacting Home choice regarding the matter, spend money to go to police station to do affidavit that I did not receive my parcel. The money I used for airtime and transport should cater for my kid's bread. drivers should learn to communicate with clients as they have our cell numbers. I only got a call from the driver yesterday informing me that my parcel is at Clicks, off which I was not made aware off. if the parcel is not dropped at the mentioned address it would be nice to contact the client and make them aware.
