Lack of communication.

Worst courier experience. The tracking of my package stated that the delivery couldn't be completed for unbeknownst reasons. After no response to my emails I went to the depot, only to find out that according to the courier they had been trying to contact me for multiple days. I had not received any phone calls, emails, or sms' from them whatsoever. If I had not gone to the depot, I might have never received my package due to lack of communication from them.

I would not recommend using this courier service.
