The worst 😫 I received a notification on my parcel that it was out on delivery, I waited till 18:00 for the parcel cause my delivery address was at the office. No update was given, I had to call the following day and I couldn't be assisted cause on their system the parcel was still on delivery. Still waiting for a call back as to where exactly is the parcel and when will it be delivered 😤
