Infuriating customer service and non-delivery

Worst delivery service in the history of time! The storks would have done a better job! It's absolute ****************. I don't know why companies even use them - they are so unreliable. They make promises they can't keep, they lie, they give you attitude at the call centres, no one knows what's happening with the parcels at the depots and the call centre agents cannot even phone to find out, then the call centres hang up on you. So now I do not know where my birthday present is and I'll probably never see it. They are infuriating!
