Inept and clueless

DPD Laser have been unable to deliver a package since 12 December 2025. At first they delivered the package in Brakpan (I'm in Germiston) and the person receiving the package then called me. I've forwarded the details to DPD and the email was acknowledged. After numerous emails from myself AND the supplier nothing has been done. I've sent GPS coordinates, google maps reference and the street address again. BTW DPD has delivered to my address previously so I can't understand what the issue is. This all is after more than 10 emails without any resolution. From now on I will not order anything from a supplier if they use DPD Laser or Dawnwing, I'll let the supplier know this when enquiring for any items.
