Incorrect Delivery by DPD Laser. Dawnwing

I ordered online From Edgars and paid for delivery. I received an sms saying that my parcel will be delivered today. I live in Chatsworth Durban and took the day off to receive my parcel. I then received an sms to say my parcel is was delivered. But I have not received anything. When I phoned to query I was told my parcel was delivered to no 49. I live in No 77. The correct address was given by myself and the correct address was given on the sms to me. How does a driver drop off a parcel at No 46 that was meant for No 77. The drivers name is Samkelo Duza from DPD Laser Durban. When I tracked the driver he was still in my area. I told the consultant to get hold of the driver and tell him to go pick up my parcel from the incorrect address. No one has gotten back to me from DPD Laser. This is terrible service.
