DPD laser are really pathetic!!!!I have been waiting for my parcel that was out for delivery on the 28th of January. A Aysh Roorram called around 15:00 to say he is coming to drop it off, he never arrived. There has been no update ever since. Each time I call i get told they will fix it and make sure that I get the parcel same day!!! somehow the delivery adress has changed to Polokwane and noone can explain how this happened!!!!!! How hard can it be to deliver a parcel!!! who gave them this new delivery adress!!!!! how come there is no way of escalating a complaint!!! I am so sos ****ed
