The worst courier experience I’ve ever had! Late delivery and no assistance.

Horrible customer service, rude emails, waiting on hold for hours. Waiting almost 24 hours for email responses and then no updates. Keep being promised delivery will happen by X time and then when delivery isn’t made, I call again and they give a new promise. They can’t even locate my parcel at this point, someone on the phone promised it’s out for delivery but then I receive an email saying it’s at the wrong branch and is being re-routed but will be delivered today. Then someone else tells me it will be tomorrow.

Useless.
