I wish I could give a negative rating

I wish I could give a negative rating because these are the most useless people on the planet. All they will do is transfer you from pillar to post but you will never get answers. Their switchboard or whatever it is will tell you to send emails that will never be responded to. No updates, nothing. I don't even want to order anything that requires the involvement of this company. Utter *******
