I Want My Refund

I opened an account with them as they are a Takealot registered courier. First and last delivery with them was awful, very disorganized and I had to jump through hoops of fire to get things together. I have since returned to Courier Guy and have requested a refund from DPD Laser for the remaining balance on my account. They refuse to give me a time frame on when I will actually get the money and it is unsettling, sounds dodge. How do you not know or have feedback for me by now? I know I am not the first to cancel their account with you, how long did those people wait for their money? I would like my money back.
