I made an order through Loot

I made an order through Loot. Who sent our parcel through Dpd laser who promised us our parcel would arrive by the 22nd of December. It's now the 5th of January and they still have not sent it. Despite promising me they have escalated it. We have phoned everyday for 3 weeks barring their closed times. And spent over R600 on airtime. To try and find out how and when my childrens Christmas present will be delivered. I am at my wits end.. I am sad. And devastated and will hopefully never ever have to work with this company again. I am yet to have received my order. I recommend never using this company.
