I got a delivery from DPD today and I am currently in another country

I got a delivery from DPD today and I am currently in another country. I asked the delivery person: Donahue if he could leave the delivery with my neighbours and he just explained to me what was needed for him to be able to do that. I sent him the required documentation and he contacted me via WhatsApp so that I could send him the necessary item. I really feel as though he went above and beyond to deliver fantastic service and would like to commend him on that. I feel as though he was a good ambassador for his company today.
