How is this legal?

this was NOT DELIVERED!!! This driver has not delivered this to me ! I am Soffiya and I did not sign any delivery note . I was told that this driver scanned in an UNSIGNED delivery note !!!! *** ! That is theft ! He has my items and has said that he has it. I highly suggest you sort this out IMMEDIATELY! Not the first time your drivers mess up . Always calling for directions?!! Do they not have a gps ? Their phones always dying ! Worst courier service in South Africa! By far !!! Can’t even keep tabs on your drivers.
