Horrible service from DPD laser (Dawn Wing)

Horrible service. Second time i have been struggling with getting my parcels from this company. You are very disappointing. I had to drive to Pretoria branch after 4 days of them not delivering my parcel in February. Ordered shoes Wednesday and it was surpoused to be delivered today. Yet again, i got a sms saying your parcel could not be delivered. Just called customer service and told them to ask the people to rather leave it at the pretoria branch again. Otherwise it will be in a courier fan traveling evergwhere again.
