Horrible service

Worst ever no communication

I have placed my with with @isabellagarcia on the 1st of December it is now the 20th and dpd laser came a week later to deliver my package and requested for an OTP pin however I did not receive an OTP so they took my order back and said they will return the next day which never happened I’ve been calling making arrangements for them to deliver they take down my details since I am no longer at my work address due to holidays , I have given my home address but when I go to their site it still shows my work address I’ve tried to change it via the website and today I’ve checked it’s still the same! Worst service ever!!!!!
